I had my first ever reflexology treatment with Lisa yesterday and for someone who finds it incredibly difficult to just stop and switch off I couldn't believe how relaxed and calm I felt during and after.  Lisa made me feel incredibly at ease the entire time.  The suite itself is just stunning so tranquil and calm.  I thoroughly enjoyed every second and have booked my next appointment.
