Supporting Cancer and Palliative Care
£40 for 60 mins or £25 for 30 mins. Alternative options can be arranged to suit individual needs.
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Supporting Women through the Menopause
£40 for 60 mins.

Reflexology can support women during what can be a difficult time and there are studies showing that reflexology is beneficial for some menopausal symptoms. Key benefits include - aids relaxation, improves mood, helps release tension, aids sleep and improves wellbeing.
